This large, bright and modernly furnished holiday home is located in the mountain village Hohegieß near Braunlage in the Harz region. The region's forests, meadows and fields are perfect for hiking or relaxing. The large garden with terrace invites you to linger, lounge in the sun or make use of the grill. Children can frolic around and enjoy the the play equipment. In the immediate vicinity you'll find a wide variety leisure activities and numerous attractions. The World Heritage city of Quedlinburg is definitely worth seeing, but a ride on the narrow-gauge railway up the 1100m high Brocken is a wonderful experience. Numerous well-marked hiking trails will make you want to explore the scenic beauty of the Harz on a hiking tour or by bike. Recommended excursions: Berg-Erlebniswelt-Wurmberg (family adventure world), the Samson Pit (museum) in St. Andreasberg, Adventure Golf Park, Braunlage.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Besitzerin freundlich und auf das Wohl der Mieter bedacht. Es handelt sich zwar nicht um einen Neubau, aber es wurde alles renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus buchen. Es gibt 2 Ferienwohnungen, die wir zusammen gemietet hatten. Vor der Haustür hat man viele Wandermöglichkeiten, gerade das grüne Band ist sehr interessant zu erkunden.

Wir , 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Frau Achilles, die unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war, war immer für uns da. Ein großes Dankeschön an Sie! Das Haus eignet sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war für alle ein Gewinn und der Grill wurde natürlich auch genutzt. Wir kommen gern wieder!
