Description

Resting in Oberkirchen (Schmallenberg), at the foot of the Rothaar Mountains, this is a 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment has a shared furnished garden to enjoy barbecuing over charcoal until the wee hours. It is perfect for a small family or 7 persons.



The nearby hiking paradise in the Schmallenberger Sauerland region has numerous well-signposted trails that lead you directly into nature. During the winter season, the winter sports area Winterberg (14 km away) is worth a visit. Horse-riding opportunities are also abundant. The apartment is located 2 km from the town center, supermarkets, nightlife pubs, and restaurants.



The 1st-floor apartment has central heating for comfort during winter. Sitting on the balcony, you can enjoy the lovely views and relax with a refreshing cool drink. Children have a trampoline and various play equipment on the lawn to enjoy themselves. You will also find a children's bed and a high chair. Parking is available.

Het apartment is in goede staat en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wel echt gedateerd, alsof je de jaren 70/80 binnenstapt, maar dat heeft ook wel weer z’n charme :-) . Maakt deel uit van een rustig pensionnetje met een grote tuin. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk. Onder het pension bevindt zich echter wel een grote parkeerplaats voor zware vrachtwagens (niet te zien op de foto’s), maar die rijden daar verder niet, ze staan er alleen maar. Dus het is verder stil en zorgt niet voor geluidsoverlast. Voor de eerste keer in Sauerland was dit een prima plek om met verkennen te beginnen. Voor gezinnen met (kleine) kinderen zijn hier denk ik betere familiehotels in de buurt, met verschillende faciliteiten zoals zwembaden, pony’s en wellness.
