This holiday apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower and bath. In the living room there is a flat screen on which you can watch both Dutch and German television programs. There is also wifi, a radio and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee filter machine. A washing machine, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner are available. There is also a high chair and cot. The garden has a terrace with garden furniture and you can barbecue. The property has a parking space. You can store bicycles and skis in the storage room. 2 Pets are welcome in this accommodation. This accommodation is quietly located at the end of the village, on the ground floor of a small holiday home. The Postwiese ski area is 200 meters away from the house. Only 4 km from the town of Winterberg there lies Neuastenberg where you will find a few restaurants and a bakery. Our holiday home offers a wonderful view. The whole year round you can feast your eyes on the hilly landscape around the Kahle Asten. You will find plenty of opportunities for relaxation as well as activities.

Date of stay: August 2023Onze evaluatie van het verblijf in de vakantie woning: Neuastenbergerstrasse 4 Neuastenberg Augustus 2023 - pannen niet schoon (er is 1 x nieuwe pan bezorgt) - geen magnetron aanwezig, staat wel in omschrijving, (er zou een magnetron geregeld worden, maar nooit meer iets van vernomen) - slechte eetkamer stoelen, 1 stoel ging kapot (hier hebben we een vervangende voor gekregen) - badkamer/wc deur kan niet op slot - eetkamertafel plakt, niet fris - geen stofzuiger aanwezig - balkon niet fris - tweepersoons bed niet in orde - broodrooster niet fris - traphek functioneert niet (er zou wat aan gedaan worden, maar nooit meer iets van vernomen) - geen kastruimte om de boodschappen op te bergen (is na vraag provisorisch in orde gemaakt) - de laatste week van ons verblijf kregen we buren naast ons, door de binnendeur konden we elkaar woordelijk verstaand, geen privacy dus - het wassen in de wasmachine ging maar tot maximaal 40 graden, dat is niet schoon!!

Date of stay: July 2022Verkeerde beschrijving bij de boeking. Bij aankomst geen WiFi en geen tv. Kabel was kapot getrokken. Melding gemaakt, zijn onderbracht in een andere woning in hetzelfde pand. Van 6 personen naar 2 personen. Natuurlijk veel kleiner, maar zal verrekend worden. Ben benieuwd.
