At the very end of the peninsula lies Friedrichskoog-Spitze, a holiday idyll with a healthy North Sea climate away from the hustle and bustle. The coastal marshland is a paradise for numerous birds. The Kurpark in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be completely redesigned and supplemented with additional offers starting in the fall of 2023. As part of the necessary dike reinforcement, the dike in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will receive a new profile from April 2024 onwards to withstand the demands of climate change.
The construction site is expected to be in operation from fall 2023 to fall 2024.
