We have had a parking space for 2-3 cars created on our property directly on the public access road. On a newly designed, stepped and gravel path you walk approx. 50 m downhill to our holiday home.

From the hallway you come into the large living-dining area. The floor there is a newly refinished, solid beech parquet, which gives the room a very special warmth and coziness. A 350 cm long, floor-to-ceiling glass front - with a door to the balcony - ensures a generous flood of light. Another glass door also leads to the balcony opposite the dining area, so that this area is also bright and pleasant - with a wonderful view of the deep Sauerland. In addition to the gas central heating, the room is equipped with a fireplace that can be viewed from three sides, which provides a very special warmth and atmosphere on long autumn and winter evenings. The seating area consists of a large COR Conseta sofa and a COR Conseta chaise longue. A behr international lowboard offers storage space and is also the basis for the 40""GRUNDIG flat bed
