The massive house, built in 2004, has 70 m² of living space and offers four to six beds. It consists of an open living, dining and kitchen area with a sofa bed (120 cm wide) with a flat-screen TV, dishwasher and microwave, a large bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with toilet and shower and central heating.
The holiday home has been specially designed for guests in wheelchairs. In addition to wide doors and a step-free driveway to the house, the bathroom was equipped with a roll-in shower.
