Description

The beautifully maintained village of Hofstetten with its many farms is located in the heart of a gently undulating valley amid a unique landscape. The village is located in a side valley of the Kinzig, just 2 km from the town of Haslach. This farmhouse is located around 3km outside of Hofstetten, away from any traffic, surrounded by meadows and forests, in the middle of the famous Black Forest. From your own balcony you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and relax. The apartment is comfortable and brightly furnished with lots of wood. The large garden with playground and lawn can also be used. Mile-long and marked hiking and Nordic walking trails in the deep and branched valleys allow the visitor to experience the characteristic Black Forest landscape. Various well-equipped children's playgrounds offer the younger generation fun and variety. Popular destinations: Triberg waterfalls, Europapark Rust, Murmmelsee, Gutach toboggan run or the cities of Strasbourg and Baden-Baden.
Included in the spa tax is the "KONUS Guest Card" which grants free use of the buses and trains in the Black Forest (shown) and free (or discounted) admission to numerous tourist attractions.

Bij de aankomst was de verhuurder niet aanwezig maar deed iemand anders voor ons open. We misten hierdoor gedurende de rest van het verblijf ook de verhuurder als aanspreekpunt. De accomodatie op de 2e verdieping was prima. Schoon, de bedden lagen comfortabel. Gelukkig hadden we wel onze eigen kussens mee. Qua inrichting is het gedateerd, maar ook kwestie van smaak. De ruimte blijft vrij koel. Het ruime balkon bood een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving, de koeien in de wei en het kabbelende beekje ervoor. Heel rustgevend. Voor de kinderen was er leuk buitenspeelgoed, alhoewel ook wat gedateerd allemaal. Omgang met boerderijdieren bleek er niet echt te zijn, wel met hond en poes. Voor uitstapjes kun je prima wandelen vanaf de woning, maar verder is wel overal een auto voor nodig. De rust kan in die zin ook wat saai worden. In de omgeving is voldoende te doen voor jong en oud.

Een mooi vakantie adres voor wie graag in een rustige omgeving verblijft, temidden van beboste heuvels, een goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie natuurwandelingen!

Het appartement was netjes. Goed ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is voorhanden. Vriendelijke mensen. Verkopen lekkere honing uit eigen imkerij. Vanuit dit adres leuke uitstapjes kunnen maken. Voor degene die rust zoeken of een plek zonder vuurwerkoverlast ( voor onze hond ) is dit zeer geschikt. Allen jammer dat er regen ipv sneeuw uit de lucht viel....
