We hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Het onderkomen was schoon en praktisch ingericht. Enige minpunt voor mensen die wat minder goed ter been zijn is dat je voor de keuken (hoewel erg innovatief gebouwd) een trap op moet en voor de badkamer een paar treden naar beneden. Ook is het bij het betreden van de tuin oppassen geblazen vanwege de hoge afstap.

Zu empfehlen für Radwanderungen - gute Straßen und wenig Verkehr - und im Herbst für Pilzfreunde. Wir haben reichlich Steinpilze (bis 25 cm hoch) und Maronen gefunden. Auch die zentrale Lage in der &quotSüdheide&quot ist ideal.

In de omgeving zijn er interessante activiteiten zoals het molenmuseum in Giffhorn het voormalig concentratiekamp in Bergen Belsen, een paar leuke grote steden . Het is er vlak je kunt er goed fietsen en wandelen. Een rondleiding in een klooster. Voor ons waren de 2 weken zo voorbij.
