Do you like italian food? during your stay in this holiday home, you can choose to follow cooking lessons! - location: a nearby restaurant - what: you will prepare a full menu If you like wine, you can choose for a wine tasting session, consisting in: 1 hour visit, explained by a wine producer and 3 different wines' tasting. Please contact us before your stay if you are interested in these sessions. There needs to be a minimum of participants for these sessions to be held. Motorway exit VALDARNO. Turn left and follow the signs to TERRANUOVA B.NI. Upon arriving at the 1st roundabout in TERRANUOVA continue to AREZZO. Arriving at the 2nd large roundabout continue towards Arezzo on the road SP59 (Provincial Road 59). 7 km to the SP 59 (sign clearly signposted on the road) with indications FARM GARDEN and turn right.

Date of stay: July 2017Rustige omgeving, goede ontvangst met in steenoven gebakken pizza's van het huis. Fijn zout water zwembad met voldoende schaduw. prima bedden in uitstekend appartement (hoewel ietsjes gehorig met buren) relaxte sfeer, speelhal voor kinderen, fitnessruimte, gastheer en gastvrouw doen echt hun best het naar je zin te maken en checken regelmatig je bevindingen en behoeftes. Er was maar één vervelend dingetje door de agrarische omgeving en wellicht het goede weer waren er flink wat steekvliegen en mugachtigen die je zowel overdag als 's avonds flink te pakken nemen ondanks een beschermlaag DEET, maar dat gold voor gehele omgeving. De eigenaar gaf aan liever geen gif te spuiten en dat begrijp ik ook wel weer.

Date of stay: August 2015We hebben een prima vakantie gehad. De nette en complete accommodatie is een goede uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. De accommodatie biedt voldoende mogelijkheden om een dagje te relaxen (zwembad) of sportief bezig te zijn (ATB's, tennis, fitness). Zelf regelmatig een stukje gaan joggen in de omgeving. De eigenaar met zijn gezin zijn bijzonder gastvrij en stellen alles in het werk om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken.

Date of stay: July 2015Bij aankomst heel vriendelijk binnengehaald door de eigenaar met een gratis Toscaans avondmaal bereid door zijn familie. Je verblijft in prachtig huis welke van alle gemakken is voorzien en goede bedden. Op het landgoed een prachtig zwembad, mountainbikes, speeltuintje, tennisbaan, tafeltennis, voetbalveld, een hal met poolbiljart, flipperkast enz, enz. alles gratis. Allerlei dieren en ook een weide met een ezel, pony. Omgeving op het landgoed en daarbuiten is fantastisch. Eigenaar neemt je ook mee als je dat wenst naar een restaurant, een aanrader! Wel last van de muggen gehad.

Date of stay: July 2010We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad! De ligging in de Toscaanse heuvels is perfect. Bij de kinderen was het zwembad favoriet. Met de eigenaar zijn we naar een wijn/eet feest geweest midden in de Toscaanse heuvels. Dan beleef je het echte Toscane gevoel: het prachtige groene heuvellandschap, de aangename temperatuur, goed eten en heerlijke wijn.
