Leider war es nicht so ganz wie auf dem fotos das haus ist ein sehr altes und traditionelles haus …… kein tv …. Mit kinder…. Ohne klimaanlage…. Sehr heisss ….sehr weit weg von alles …. Leute sind aber sehr nett aber für den preis 2100 euro viel zu teuer da es sich um ein sehr altes haus handelt…. Leider nicht das beste für familien ….

Esi ist ein charmantes altes Haus, voll ausgestattet. Der Blick aus den Fenstern umd von der Terrasse is unbezahlbar, und die 200 m Höhe gewâhern kuhlere Nächte. Die Umbegung is sehr schön, mit endlose Möglichkeiten Stâdte, Dörfer, Mârkte und Strânde zu besuchen. Montefiore Conca hat ein gutes Restaurant und ein Besuch der Burg is eindrucksvoll. Morciano hat sogar 2 Supermärkte die bestens ausgestattet sind, und der Wochenmarkt am Donnerstag ist lokal und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr freundlich und veranstalter lebendige und ungewöhnliche Abende mit kulinarischen Spezialitäten. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher da kontinuerlich jemand anwesend ist.

In het heuvellandschap achter de adriatische kust, ligt het pittoreske Montefiore Conca. Bijna bovenop de heuvel, verscholen tussen de bomen, ligt het prachtige landhuis Ca Bianca (ca Letizia). NIets uit de foto's van het huis , de tuin en het terras is in werkelijkheid minder. In tegendeel. Het terras biedt een prachtig zicht over de adriatische kust en genoemde heuvels. Geen straf om savonds thuis te eten. Eigenaresse Letizia is zeer vriendelijk en is prettig aanwezig. Desgewenst maakt ze een lekker pasta voor je! De omgeving is afwisselend. Mogelijkheden om lekker aan het strand te liggen of een oud stadje te bezoeken. Een fijne vakantie gehad , met een jong gezin met 3 kinderen.
