Surrounded by greenery, this cosy 2-bedroom apartment is located in a small residence in the centre of Molina di Ledro in Trentino, exactly opposite Lake Ledro and with stunning views of the Dolomites. Ideal for a vacation with family or couples, nature and picturesque small villages offer a wonderful holiday environment.

The small lake Ledro has a length of about 3 km and a width of less than one kilometre. It is surrounded by high mountains and has a particular blue-green colour, which you can discover during a pleasant and relaxing holiday here. This holiday home is also well positioned to reach Lake Garda, which is only 15 km away.

On the ground floor of the complex are a number of shops, a bar and a restaurant. On the 1st and 2nd floor are the flats. This flat is on the 1st floor and is nicely and cosily furnished and has a large terrace or balcony. Central heating is installed for your comfortable stay. In the evenings, you can enjoy a glass of wine with your dear ones on the balcony or on the terrace. This holiday home offers a high- chair and a children's bed on request for the little ones. 3 pets are allowed on the property. Paid washing machine service is available. Parking is provided for your convenience.

Verona airport is 95 km away.

Guests can be checked in between 4-6 PM and check-out from 9-10 AM.

Leider passen die Fotos nicht zur Beschreibung bzw. kein Fotos war aus der Wohnung, die man zum Schluss bekommt. Die tatsächliche Wohnung entspricht dem Text und Beschreibung, ist jedoch mit einem deutlich kleineren Balkon ausgestattet, hat keine Sitzbadewanne und hat nicht die große Terrasse wie auf den Fotos. Der Kundenservice reagierte schnell, man braucht etwas Zeit und mehrere Anläufe bis das Anliegen verstanden wurde. Es gab eine kleine Entschädigung. Hoffentlich wird die Beschreibung und Fotos noch irgendwann angepasst. Der Vermieter Vor-Ort ist super und sehr Hundefreundlich und die Gegend ist Toll.

Aankomst was prima. Het kantoortje was gewoon open en eigenlijk hadden we niet moeten/hoeven bellen. Alle spullen lagen klaar en binnen 10 minuten waren we binnen. Parkeren kan achter het gebouw. Appartement was prima voor 4 personen. Bij 6 personen moeten er twee in de woonkamer slapen zonder gordijnen. Het balkon aan de voorkant (appartement nummer 10) was erg groot (iets van 10 bij 4 meter). Beneden een restaurant, winkeltje, ijssalon, souvenirwinkel en afhaalpizzeria. Een mooi strand met grasveld op een kleine 10 minuten wandelen. Je kan prima zwemmen in het meer. Het appartement kijkt uit op het meer. De straat ervoor staat overdag vrij vol met auto's, maar het verkeer zelf stelt niet veel voor.

Het is een groot appartement met groot balcon. Wat in de ochtend schaduw heeft. De bedden zijn fantastisch. Savonds koelt het af en kun je daardoor goed slapen. Veel lekkerder dan aan het Gardameer waar het broeierig. Blijft. Het meer loopt langzaam af temp van water was 24 graden. Honden zijn overal welkom. En ze hebben een honden strandje. Service was perfect. Belvilla doet zijn naam eer aan.
