Description

Nestled in the lush green countryside of Crespano del Grappa, Northern Italy, this cottage is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with your family. It has a fenced garden of 1600 m2 with table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue for lunches and dinners with breathtaking views. You will notice the ease of access, the many possibilities for sightseeing and the splendid panorama.

Take a refreshing dip in the public swimming pool at 4 km. You can go river rafting while you stay here. Santuario della Beata Vergine del Covolo is worth paying a visit. For shopping there are two supermarkets in the town of Crespano-Pieve del Grappa, a well-stocked and convenient supermarket in Romano d'Ezzelino: "Il Batocchio" and two large shopping centers in Bassano del Grappa: Emisfero and Ipertosano.

You can park your car in the garden: the space on the north side is available for at least three cars.

Public transport is accessible at 2 km. Check-in and check-out timings are 3-6 PM and 8-9 AM, respectively.

Surrounded by large green spaces for children and cool even in the summer, Casa Gherla offers the possibility of vacationing in full relax. Its position in the middle of the Veneto region allows easy access (by car and bus, and within 50 Km.) to a number of nearby cities well known for their art offerings, such as magical Venice, Vicenza with its Palladian villas, Verona with its Roman and Medieval ruins, Padua with its university and Giotto frescoes, and Treviso with its hills ripe with Prosecco wine. Nearby there are other fascinating towns to visit, such as Asolo, Bassano, Marostica and Possagno, beside the Palladian villas in Maser and Fanzolo. Within a short distance from Casa Gherla it is possible to engage in a variety of sports: trekking in Mount Grappa (but also in the Dolomites further away), climbing in the rock gyms of Santa Felicita and S. Liberale, mountain biking in the reserved lane of Statale 47 Bassano-Trento, and for more fit tourists also biking and walking tours of the Grappa, horse riding in the area of San Zenone, hang-gliding in Semonzo del Grappa, rafting, hydrospeed and fishing in Solagna, swimming in the pools’ facilities of Borso del Gra@ppa, and golf in the well known Asolo course.

Een prachtige locatie als vertrekpunt voor wandelingen en fietstochten aan de voet van eerste bergen rij van de Dolomieten en van het huisje uitkijkend op de vlakte richting Venetië. Het is een ruim huis met veel ruimte om het huis in een rustige omgeving. Het huis zelf is iets gedateerd qua keuken en sanitair

We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen. De gastvrouw spreekt slechts twee woorden Engels maar met handen en voeten kwamen we een heel eind. De woning was echt al maanden zo al niet jaren niet meer schoon gemaakt ! Oud, oud, oud! Alles rook muf, overal stof en spinnendraden. Heel erg vies. Schimmel in de keuken. Er is van alles beschikbaar, maar gezien het feit dat de stop er steeds uitsprong, wordt ook dat waarschijnlijk niet onderhouden.. De locatie en het uitzicht zijn heel erg mooi, maar beslist geen aanrader.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die fantastische Aussicht auf das Tal und das schöne gro෾ Grundst࿌k. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und für unseren Geschmack mit Mln und sonstigen Gegenständen ﲾrfrachtet. Die Betten waren klamm und im ganzen Haus roch es muffig. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind nicht vorhanden. Es gibt einen Wasserkessel. Die Waschmaschine hat funktioniert, das Geschirr in der Geschirrspülmaschine wurde nicht immer ganz sauber.

Sfeervolle huis met en mooie patio heerlijk rustig gelegen in een mooie omgeving. Je heb wel een auto nodig. Genoeg te doen in de buurt. Fietsen zwemmen mooie dorpjes , wandelen in de bergen, rivieren om te baden en heerlijk Italiaans eten

Vrij rustig gelegen huisje met volledig afgesloten tuin (goed voor honden). Binnen in huis alles aanwezig, aangenaam fris bij de warme temperaturen buiten. Leuke omgeving voor wandelaars, bezoek aan Padua, Verona, Venetië, Garda-meer mogelijk mits auto.

Großzügig Platz, für Kinder die den Garten mit Fußballtor und Spielwiese schätzen auch wenn sie laut spielen ideal! Auch für unseren Hund super! LIegt am Berghang mit tollem Blick über die Region, aber mit dem Fahrrad zieht es sich bis man oben ist. Im Ausnahmemai mit viel Regen und 8 ° Tagestemperatur etwas mühsam zu heizen.
