Head to the ski area of Breuil-Cervinia. You can even ski in summer on the glacier of Plateau Rosa. There are many activities to enjoy here like walking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, paragliding, and parapenting. There a riding school, and an adventure park, tennis, and football to have fun. Restaurants are a stone's throw away and there are supermarkets at 300 m.



The apartment has heating to keep warm temperature. You can relax in the living-dining room having a fireplace, double sofa bed, and TV. Kids can be comfortable with the cot and high chair. Relax in the balcony enjoying the surroundings during the evening. Parking is arranged here. You can bring 3 pets at € 7,15/Pet/Night.

Tips Owner

Upon request ski instructor David Merlo is available to accompany guests, maximum 8 people, on the ski slopes for day trips, both on track and off track with the use of a helicopter. David Merlo has its own shuttle bus with 9 seats. In the summer David Merlo is available, upon request, to accompany guests with mountain bikes (mountain bikes are provided). Upon request, a chef can come and cook typical dishes from our region in your apartment.

Niet al te groot appartement, met twee slaapkamers, een keuken (tevens woonkamer) en badkamer met toilet. De ruimtes zijn net groot genoeg voor vier personen. Het appartement is een gedeelte van een gebouw met meer appartementen. Gedurende ons verblijf was er een grote groep jongeren aanwezig in de overige appartementen. Dit leverde kabaal op tot diep in de nacht gedurende meerdere nachten. Niet prettig! Dit is aan de verhuurder gemeld, met als reactie dat dit al vaker gebeurd was..... Prijs/kwaliteit scoort lager vanwege de ruimte en vanwege de langer durende geluidsoverlast. De advertentie geeft de indruk dat je een huis huurt, maar dat is zeker niet zo. Verder wel schoon en centraal gelegen in het dal. Over het restaurant beneden in het gebouw niets dan lof!
