This cosy villa is located in Case Alte in the hilly area in the north of the Abruzzo region. There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate 12 people and is perfect for a holiday with the whole family. The villa has a heated pool and bubble bath to relax.

The cosy town Sant'Omera is 800 m away from the apartment. There are several restaurants at 1 km where you can taste mouth-drooling food. You can suffice your needs from the general supply stores located 1.5 km away. The area is suitable for hiking and cycling. The nearest beach is 11 km away.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a lovely peaceful place. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave and fridge. There is a balcony/terrace where you can barbecue and have fun. There is a garden to wander and a bubble bath to relax in. You can keep yourself entertained indoors playing table tennis or you can take the bicycle on rent and explore areas nearby.

Pescara Airport is the nearest and is 50 km away.
