Holiday homes on a quiet location with balcony or garden and a private beach with sunbathing area in the pleasant town of Cannobio (400 m) at the Lago Maggiore. The homes are situated in a three floor building, at 150 m from the private sand/pebble beach with a sunbathing area and at 400 m from the town centre. These accommodations for 2 persons are located at ground level or on the third floor. The accommodations on the ground floor have an enclosed garden and those on the third floor have a balcony with a spectacular view over the lake. The homes are furnished in a simple, yet light and modern way. In the sunbathing area, two reclining seats and a sunshade are at your disposal. In addition, bicycles, a recreational area and parking facilities are available. At 100 m you can play tennis and midget golf. Golf lovers will find 4 golf courses within 25 km.

Het betreft een appartementencomplex wat net om de hoek van hotel en camping Campagna ligt. De sleutel van het appartement moest opgehaald worden bij het hotel. Het appartement (nr 8) was schoon en netjes, maar helaas redelijk oud. Het heeft een slaapkamer met twee enkele bedden die bij aankomst nog midden in de kamer stonden. Matrassen al een beetje doorgezakt en krakende bedden. In de woonkamer staat een bank wat een extra bed kan worden. Dit bed is erg klein en iemand van 1.80m ligt al snel met de voeten tegen de zijkant. Planken in keukenkastjes vielen gemakkelijk en er kon nauwelijks gekookt worden. De twee pitten waren niet afdoende om een maaltijd neer te zetten. Het ergste was echter de badkamer. De deur klemde enorm en ging nauwelijks dicht. Douchen gaat in een klein bad, wat bijna een lavet lijkt. Het is te klein om in te zitten maar wanneer je gaat staan dan loopt het water de hele badkamer door. Met als resultaat dat het water na de eerste keer douchen tot aan de lift lag. Blijkbaar was dit niet de eerste keer, want de plinten hadden duidelijk eerder water gezien. Het complex is erg gehorig. De lift is duidelijk hoorbaar, maar ook stoelen/koffers/stemmen van andere gasten. Hierdoor soms om 6 uur al wakker vanwege vertrekkende gasten of een klusjesman die al bezig was.
