This luxurious 5-bedroom mansion is in Apecchio. It is ideal for small groups of friends or a family and can accommodate 16 guests. It has a shared swimming pool for you to enjoy a refreshing dip on a hot summer day.



The restaurants are 3 km from the mansion if you would like to dine out. You can stock up the essentials from the local grocery store only 7 km away. The mansion is 1 km from the lake if you would like to go on a picnic with everyone.



There is a shared furnished garden to lie down in the sun and linger with a drink. A barbecue is in place for you to enjoy a hearty family meal on the private terrace. Parking and paid heating are available for your convenience. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed on the property. Play equipment is there for the little ones.



You can check-in to the home between 3-6 PM and the check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

Lastig te vinden, maar wel prachtige plek in de bergen. Wij waren er zonder andere gasten, Dat was heerlijk rustig. Sleutel hing aan de buitenkant vd deur. Accommodatie was schoon, bedden waren goed. Het water stinkt wel verschrikkelijk, douchen is geen pretje. Het water stinkt naar rotte eieren. Minpunt is dat de wifi alleen buiten werkt en het zwembad toch niet meer open was. Terwijl het 25 graden was. Op de site stond dat het open zou zijn tm oktober, dit was niet het geval.

Bij aankomst onduidelijk waar we moesten zijn om in te checken. Uiteindelijk zijn we ons huisje maar gaan inrichten en kwam er na een tijdje iemand om in te checken. Eerste indruk super ruim terras, ruime slaapkamers, niet overal even netjes (vies) , mooie groene omgeving, mooi zwembad, geen bereik op gsm en geen werkende WiFi,

Dit appartement is heel mooi gelegen in het groen met een schitterend uitzicht. Er is een ruim prive gedeelte. het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om allerlei stadjes te bekijken. De aanrij route kan je het beste doen via Piobbico, de Sp21 volgen en na Piano Linksaf slaan. Op deze manier heb je de kortste route over de onverharde weg.

Rosa Bianca ligt in een prachtige omgeving. Kilometersver van de bewoonde wereld, midden in het groen op een immens groot terrein. Je deelt dit weliswaar met een 35-tal andere vakantiegangers, maar voelt hier weinig van. Je treft mekaar op de parkeerplaats of aan het zwembad. Vlak aan het domein vertrekken er een aantal wandel- & mountainbiketracks. (info en gratis kaartmateriaal op de toeristische dienst in Piobicco of Urbania.) Piobicco ligt zowat op het kruispunt van de regio's Umbrie, de Marken en Toscane. Verwacht je aan het maken van lange(re) afstanden indien je graag bijzondere steden als Assisi, Perugia (het Jazz-festival in juli is een topper), Firenze, ... wil zien. Reistijden van 1,5 tot 4 uur enkele rit zijn geen uitzondering. Maar je kan ter plekke grenzeloos (en werkelijk goedkoop) genieten van alle kleinere stadjes en dorpjes, vaak vol met bijzondere mensen en bezienswaardigheden.
