On this property there are 3 renovated houses with 11 apartments. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The houses are far apart from each other and therefore there is a lot of privacy. Apartment Sorgo is located in the rustic house next to the pool. It can accommodate 5 people.
The property is located on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the towns of Piobbico, Apecchio, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains.
Apartment Sorgo is located in the rustic house next to the swimming pool. It has 1 separate bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. Upon arrival you will receive a bottle of wine. In summer, a free tasting is organized every week in the main house.
The property is reached via a dirt road of about 4 km.

Date of stay: June 2023Valguerriera - mooi en rust! De ligging van villa's met de appartementen is erg mooi, maar de ligging van het complex is nogal afgelegen en het is er erg rustig. Ons appartement Sogo was goed en netjes ingericht met alle benodigde spullen. Alleen jammer dat er geen waterkoker staat en er alleen een erg grote pan staat om water te koken.Bedden waren goed. Toen we arriveerden rook het in het hele appartement erg muf. Waarschijnlijk omdat het erg lang leeg had gestaan. Zou verstandig zijn om het appartement goed door te luchten voor er gasten komen. De tuinset bleek ook erg vies en hebben we voor gebruik goed schoon moeten maken. Dat is jammer en ons inziens niet nodig. WiFi ontvangst en telefoon 4G is erg slecht. Is in huidige tijd niet meer acceptabel. De afstand naar het dorp is zo'n 8 km, waarvan de helft onverhard maar redelijk goed begaanbaar. Zwembad ligt mooi en wij zijn bijna de hele week praktisch de enige gasten geweest die er gebruik van maakten. Wandelen is beperkt mogelijk, omdat de routes niet meer kloppen of niet goed zijn aangegeven. Dat zou ook gecontroleerd en aangepast moeten worden. Wij verbleven 7 dagen in het appartement en hebben er van de rust en de ligging van het appartement genoten. We hopen dat onze opmerkingen als suggesties voor verbetering worden gezien.

Date of stay: August 2016Dit appartement is heel mooi gelegen in het groen met een schitterend uitzicht. Er is een ruim prive gedeelte. het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om allerlei stadjes te bekijken. De aanrij route kan je het beste doen via Piobbico, de Sp21 volgen en na Piano Linksaf slaan. Op deze manier heb je de kortste route over de onverharde weg.
