Beautiful and stylish detached villa, part of a country estate with pool. The estate is situated on a hill and offers stunning views of the surrounding area. The villa is furnished with furniture that matches the style of the villa. It is located next to the main building of the estate, next to the lawn and the pool. This villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends given its size (each bedroom has its own bathroom). In the house you will find a billiard table, and there is also a small football pitch on the estate. The large pool (shared with the main building) and the surrounding lawn can be reached via a path that leads uphill through hydrangeas.

The entire estate covers approximately 85 hectares of land that was formerly used as a vineyard. Now this is a wonderful environment to enjoy your vacation and the view. Even the dome of St. Peter's Church can be seen on a clear day. The villa is also a short distance from Lake Bracciano (about 10 minutes by car), Lake Martignano and only about 60 minutes from Rome (by car, but you can also take the train from Manziana train station at about 1km ).
