The complex consists of several apartments and is quietly situated near the forest and lake. You can use the shared swimming pool with stunning views of the lake.
In the neighborhood there is also a small mall with a pizzeria, restaurant, ice cream parlor ("gelateria"), souvenirs, and more shops with local products.
The heating (gas) should be paid only if you use the heater.
