Just 3 km from the sea and the beach, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home in Grosseto that invites you for a typical Tuscan holiday. You have access to a shared swimming pool, where you can enjoy with a small family or group of 4 friends.
The stay is surrounded by meadows and close to the beautiful Tuscan coast. Since this region dates from Etruscan times, you will find beautiful sites from ancient times everywhere. There is even an archaeological park called Park Roselle for better insight. When you wish to eat outside and want to fetch groceries on the way back, the restaurants and grocery stores are 2 km away. You can play tennis on the tennis court or beach volleyball by the sea at 3 km.
The holiday home is comfortable in all seasons as it is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. To relax outdoors for long hours, you have a private terrace with garden furniture. Before going to bed, you can watch movies or chit chat in the living room.

Date of stay: September 2017Aankomst was even zoeken huisnummer was bij dierenwinkel en op het formulier stond niet heel duidelijk de naam van het park. Maar gevonden en een vriendelijk onthaal bij de receptie. Locatie van appartement was achterin het park. Eigen zwembad deelde je met je buren op loopafstand van het appartement. Omgeven door weilanden en een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen vanuit je bed. App. Zag er netjes uit putjes douche waren niet schoongemaakt na het melden dit meteen opgelost. Je kan hier goed de hond uitlaten en hardlopen.

Date of stay: July 2016 - August 2016Prachtige locatie in het wat minder toeristisch deel van Toscane. Met de auto binnen een paar minuten bij de zee. Het appartement maakt onderdeel uit van een van de complexen van het landgoed. Wij zaten bij Livia maar Il Pozzino ligt net wat verderop. Belvilla boekt dus niet uitsluitend bij Il Pozzino wat ze wel suggereren op de site. Dat ligt iets verder afgelegen en si dat wat rustiger. Bij Livia ligt ook een restaurant wat redelijk is, vooral makkelijk dat het op het terrein zelf is. Mooi zwembad ook voor kinderen en verder een aardig ingericht appartement met ruime slaapkamers en airco. Grote supermarkt, dagelijks open op 5 min rijden. Ideaal! Wij hadden een heerlijke vakantie.

Date of stay: June 2013Top appartement, schoon ruim met prima airco. In mooie landelijke omgeving. Vriendelijke en warme ontvangst bij de receptie. Prachtig zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. Winkels op geringe afstand. 'n aanrader !!
