Our private hill sits in a peaceful atomosphere surrounded by lush vegetation including cypresses , cedars of Lebanon , vineyards and olive trees . Nearby there are many activities to do such as going to visit medieval villages in Val di Chiana where you can taste excellent Chianina meat and local flavors. Horse riding , golf and fashion outlets in 20 minutes , 30 minutes Outlet Prada . Monte San Savino 5 minutes , 20 min Arezzo , Cortona 30 minutes , 40 minutes Montepulciano , Florence and Siena 45 minutes , Perugia , Assisi and Orvieto 1 hour .

Huis is goor en vuil en onderkomen. Er is geen water in het zwembad. Vieze boel!!!

Wat een prachtige plek! Het hele complex is precies wat je je voorstelt bij Toscane. De lange oprit met cipressen, het grote monumentale huis, het zwembad en de prachtige aangebouwde kerk. De omgeving is heel mooi en groen. Olijfbomen en wijgaarden omringen het gebouw. Het plaatsje is klein en rustig maar heeft een supermarktje en verder is alles goed te bereiken per auto. Beheerder is overdag in en rondom het pand wat wij niet vooraf wisten. Overnachten deed hij in het pand ernaast. Ondanks dat hij af en toe aanwezig was was dit niet storend. Hij was zeer behulpzaam toen er een lamp gemaakt moest worden, de oprit moest prepareren (auto kwam niet over drempel doordat een bui de grond oneffen had gemaakt). Alles deed hij goed en snel. Makkelijk mee te communiceren en bereid om dingen te regelen zoals een extra vroege in-check en latere uit-check.

Het juiste adres van de accommodatie staat nier vermeld. Nummer voor sleutelontvangst niet bereikbaar. Hierdoor nav foto moeten zoeken naar accommodatie. Aankomst bij accommodatie was er een hele vriendelijke Giovanni aanwezig! Kregen een heldere uitleg en tips voor de omgeving. Stond flesje wijn klaar. Erg gastvrij! De accommodatie behoeft onderhoud. Op afstand ziet het er netjes uit. Zwembad is verouderd en niet onderhouden. Erg jammer. Het uitzicht was fantastisch! Super mooie locatie.

We waren met 19 personen en er was ruimte genoeg.De keuken is een beetje klein,maar voldeed.Het huis( kasteel) was geweldig ingericht en de buitenruimte is ook groots. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad en de kleinkinderen vonden het allemaal een TOP vakantie.Het was in een woord Fantastisch De wijn van het huis was ook heel lekker.Hebben we ook van genoten.
