Heerlijk huisje, voorzien van alle gemakken (waaronder (heel belangrijk): een nespresso-apparaat voor heerlijke koffie). ;-) Het huisje ligt, samen met een paar andere huisjes, een beetje afgezonderd net buiten Fabriano. Die enigzins afgelegen ligging zorgt voor veel rust, prachtige uitzichten op omgeving en veel privacy. Helemaal top dus!

De eigenaar Pablo stond ons al op te wachten. Heel persoonlijk onthaal met heerlijke kleine gebakjes en een fles witte wijn en een pak sap. Heel erg vriendelijke eigenaar met een duidelijke uitleg betreffende het huis, een heel schrijven met allerlei suggesties qua omgeving, waar bijv de lekkere restaurantjes zitten, de mooiste strandjes zijn. Bij vragen kon je hem appen en kreeg je direct ook een antwoord. Een heel heerlijk relaxed huis. Met privacy. Wij waren met twee jongens 15 en 17. Leuke stadjes dichtbij (gubbio) en mooie omgeving. De weg naar het huis toe is de laatste meters wel onverhard. Het zou fijn zijn als dit nog aangepakt zou worden. We hebben een heel relaxte vakantie gehad.

Villa heeft een geweldige ligging met mooi uitzicht , de weg er naar toe vraagt de eerste keer wel even aandacht voor een personen auto. Warme ontvangst met uitleg over villa en omgeving.

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk en prettig ontvangen door de zus van de eigenaar van het huis. Het huis biedt genoeg ruimte voor 4 volwassenen - of zoals in ons geval een gezin met twee oudere kinderen. ondanks de hitte bleef het huis heerlijk koel en ook in de tuin waren er genoeg schaduwplekken. De omgeving is erg mooi. Het strand bij Numana in de buurt vonden we heel leuk. Een aanrader is de kookcursus die we in Fabriano gevolgd hebben.

Comfortabel huis en gastvrije ontvangst. De onverharde weg naar het huis toe was iets minder comfortabel maar dat werd daarna ruimschoots goedgemaakt. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de eigenaren doen erg hun best om te zorgen dat je daar een heerlijke vakantie kunt hebben. Dat is prima gelukt!
