The wellness center includes: Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, internal and external relaxation area, emotional shower, chromo therapy, aroma therapy, Scottish shower, herbal tea room.
This characteristically furnished apartment is located in an old farmhouse. It features a private lawn with a beautiful view of the estate; the ideal place to wake up peacefully in the morning. The apartment is very suitable for families.
Children can romp in the small playground on the estate and horseback riding is also possible on the estate. Or go shopping in Pian di San Martino or Todi (famous for its medieval center). These places are within a 5 kilometer radius of the residence. A visit to historical places such as Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi is also among the possibilities.
Inside, the house is equipped with typical Umbrian elements. From the terracotta floor to the beamed ceiling and the fireplace. The cozy furniture and the robust architecture make you feel as if you have stepped back in time. As icing on the cake, you also have access to the shared pool! For a fee of 200 euros per person per week or 20 euros per person per day, you have unlimited access (from 15:00 to 18:00) to the wellness center including sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and bubble bath. The wellness center is only accessible to guests 14 years and older.

Date of stay: July 2021Wat een geweldige plek en wat een fantastische mensen! Huis en zwembad zijn heel fijn, maar beheerder Federica maakt het de fantastische plek die het is. Heel goed onderhouden met duidelijk veel liefde. Locatie is erg goede uitvalsbasis voor Umbrië en zelfs Rome. Dikke aanrader!

Date of stay: April 2017 - May 2017Wij kwamen laat aan bij het huisje om 23.30. Wij hadden van te voren aangegeven rond 23.00. Het was fijn dat hier een uitzondering voor gemaakt kon worden en dat de eigenaresse tot zo laat op ons wilde wachten. De accommodatie is authentiek en sfeervol met twee verdiepingen. Op de begane grond is één ruimte met woonkamer en keuken in één. Boven zijn twee royale slaapkamers en een grote badkamer. Het ziet er verzorgd en netjes uit. Beneden is het niet heel licht door de kleinere ramen, maar dat is juist in de zomer heel prettig om de warmte buiten te houden. Als minpunt aan het huisje kan ik twee dingen noemen, de harde bedden (al wende dat heel snel) en de douche was matig. Maar verder echt een aanrader. De eigenaresse Frederique en haar moeder Rita doen er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Van Rita kregen we iedere dag lekker eten, van pasta, bruschetta, gehaktbrood tot cake. Dat was heel attent. De tuin is prachtig en heel verzorgd met een fantastisch uitzicht op de omgeving. Het uitzicht is echt adembenemend. Het zwembad zag er schoon en verzorgd uit, maar aangezien het onverwarmd was, hebben we daar niet echt gebruik van gemaakt. Er staat een BBQ tot je beschikking en verder is er een speelgedeelte voor kinderen met schommels, tafelvoetbal en tafeltennis. De omgeving is verder fantastisch, zowel landschappelijk als de mooie oude steden, Todi, Orvieto, Assisi. Een prima uitvalsbasis om dingen te zien. Ook Rome is minder dan 2 uur rijden.

Date of stay: June 2016Comfortabel verblijf voor rustzoekers en redelijk centraal gelegen voor het bezoeken van de regio Umbrie. Bijzonder aardige en hulpvaardige eigenaresse en familie. Regelmatig ontvingen wij allerlei eigengemaakte pasta's, taart en wijn. Diverse kruiden en ook aardbeien mogen voor eigen consumptie uit de tuin worden geplukt.
