"This lovely detached holiday home with a shared pool is located near Sassetta in a hilly landscape at an altitude of 500 metres.


The holiday home is attractively furnished and equipped with all amenities. In the large, cozy living room, a fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler days. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor, from which you have access to the two terraces. From these terraces you have a beautiful view of the surrounding Pian delle Vigne valley. In summer you can relax in the sun on one of the sun loungers by the swimming pool, which you share with the guests of the apartments next to the house. In the evening you organize a cozy barbecue on your own terrace on the other side of the house.


Shops and a restaurant are in Sassetta (1 km). For a day of sun, sea and sand, drive to Marina Castagneto Carducci, 12 kilometers away. There is also an exceptional botanical garden that belongs to the owner. This garden is reserved for guests and certainly worth a visit. A visit to the magnificent cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno and Grosseto is also recommended.
