Nearby places of Orvieto, Cività di Bagnoregio, Todi, Assisi, Lake Bolsena, Umbria, Lazio, and Tuscany are ideal to for fun outings. Sermugnano, Castiglione in Teverina, and Lake Alviano can also be visited in a day. The medieval castles, churches and Etruscan and Roman ruins are perfect for history lovers to explore. Seabeach is 80 km away. Castiglione in Teverina town center is nearby at 2 km.
Furnished with antiques, there is a barbecue to enjoy and a double sofa bed and fireplace in the living room to relax. 1 pet is allowed free of charge.
Motorway and train station are at 7 km and 10 km respectively. The nearest airport is 100 km away.

Date of stay: September 2018Grote, niet al te moderne, accommodatie op prachtige en rustige plek plek met mooi uitzicht. Helaas waren de bedden niet optimaal. Je bent binnen 20 minuten bij grote supermarkt Coop op weg naar Orvieto (Orvieto binnen 1/2 uur). Grote ergernis was het proces rond de aankomst. Rijd NIET naar sleuteladres, maar bel de sleutelbeheerder (de heer Vascu), als je bijna bij Sermugnano, Via Nuova 1, komt. Hij komt dan met zijn auto naar dit adres, dat NIET het vakantieadres is, en rijd voor naar de vakantieaccommodatie.

Date of stay: August 2018 - September 2018Mooi groot vakantiehuis. Perfect voor 10 personen. Huis ligt afgelegen met een mooi uitzicht. Elke slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer. Zwembad erg lekker om af te koelen. Grote supermarkt(coop) op 15 min rijden in Orvieto. Adressen(sleutel en huis) die Belvilla opgeeft kloppen niet, heb dit gemeld.

Date of stay: July 2018 - August 2018we waren een uur te vroeg maar dat was geen probleem, we werden direct naar het huis gebracht. mooi huis en fijn zwembad in een prachtige omgeving. het is wel handig om een beetje Italiaans te spreken want de eigenaren spreken geen woord Engels

Date of stay: July 2016We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad m.n. genoten van het fantastische uitzicht. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt dicht bij Orvieto een mooie, gezellige stad met leuke restaurants. Ook het meer van Bolsena is de moeite waard. Het zwembad ligt op ca. 300 meter van het huis dit was goed te doen. Service volstond, maar was minder dan we gewend waren ontvangst was zakelijk.
