It’s a perfect place for a group of friends or a big family to enjoy silence and privacy in their own garden. Discover the gracious and nearby Arezzo and Anghiari, have a walk around, drink a caffè in a typical Italian bar and enjoy a typical Tuscan dish! If you are a wine-lover make a day trip to the famous Greve, Panzano and Gaiole in Chianti and visit one of the many wineries. It’s an hour drive in a beautiful setting. The 15th-century cottage pits restored interiors with stone walls and offers a cosy stay. You can enjoy a few dips in the swimming pool (shared) or relax in the private terrace enjoying your privacy. Barbecue is available for grilled delicacies. A well-equipped kitchen, children's bed and high chair are other available amenities. Covered parking is available and the car can come near the house to unload your bags. Garbage can be dumped 150 m away. No loud music, please.

Anghiari is a beautiful hamlet, make a nice city tour and visit the museums and churches. You have from Anghiari stunning views over the valley. The hamlet has always been well protected from enemies by the fortress walls. In 1224, the St. Francis visited Anghiari. On June 29, 1440 there was a major battle in Angiari. Leonardo da Vinci made a painting of it. Until today one looks at this paintingg because it is mysteriously disappeared.

Prima locatie met veel privacy, grote tuin inclusief zwembad (gedeeld met anderen)<br/><br/>In de omgeving soms veel last van insecten die bijten / steken, niet direct in de omgeving van het huis. Auto niet direct bij het huis te parkeren, wel op het terrein. Klein probleem met geen warm water gehad, maar dit werd snel opgelost door eigenaar, Top.
