The Baita is located in the San Rocco district, just 30 m from the Amerikan ski elevator and 150 m from the Carousel 3000 gondola. The apartment is ideal for winter sports and nature lovers.

In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants and entertainment venues. The free ski bus stops in front of the house with the blue, red and yellow lines. In the center of Livigno you can immerse yourself in the luxury atmosphere with designer shops. You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll on the hiking trails next to the bike path here.

The Baita, built in 2016, consists of 2 apartments with spacious, bright rooms and elegant and original furnishings. The bathroom is equipped with luxury and comfort.

We offer a discount on ski passes of min. 6 days, € 10 for adults and € 5 for junior (8 to 15 years) and senior (from 65 years), excluding families of 2 adults + 2 or more children and groups of 20 or more people.

Tolles Appartment mit Skibushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Carussello auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung, mit Garten.

De sleutel haal je op een andere locatie. Daardoor zie je al wat van de prachtige omgeving. Top appartement op de begane grond. Net naast de piste en de bus stopt voor de deur. Onze hond heeft genoten van de prachtige wandelpaden en de vele sneeuw. Enige nadeel was het skiruim. Daar stonk het enorm naar stookolie. Volgens de dame die ons de sleutel gaf, was het verf lucht. Ondertussen thuis ruiken onze skischoenen er nog naar.
