At your disposal there is a private outdoor swimming pool, a large private garden to accommodate 13 persons, a barbecue, a fitness room with fitness equipment, and 2 covered parking spaces.
The house is tastefully decorated with furniture and valuables as well as having all the comforts (including a fridge with ice dispenser) to make you feel comfortable and is particularly suitable for families with children or a group of friends who love nature and silence .
The strategic position of this house offers the possibility of going for walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside as well as being able to visit the nearby medieval town of Vinci 5 km away, the famous thermal centre of Montecatini Terme 10 km away, the beautiful Tuscan capital only 50 km away, Lucca 40 km, the sea of Versilia 60 km away, Pisa 70 km and Siena 98 km away.

Date of stay: August 2022Eine wunderschöne Villa, die so nur selten in der Toskana zu finden ist! Mit Liebe zum Detail wurde jedes Zimmer individuell gestaltet und mit hochwertigen Materialien restauriert. Wir haben hier mit unserer 8 köpfigen Familie eine wunderbare Woche erlebt. Die Villa hat eine gute Lage zwischen Lucca und Florenz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer und besonders hilfreich: in der hochwertigen Küchenausstattung befindet sich sogar ein Wasserfilter! Wir kommen wieder ?

Date of stay: July 2021 - August 2021Heel mooi typisch Toscaans huis. Mooie kamers. Ruime keuken, van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede ligging. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars. Zwembad is niet heel groot, maar goed onderhouden.
