This nice apartment is located in a quiet area, 850 m above sea level. You reach the apartment via an outside staircase. Ideal for family holidays!
The holiday home is 1 km from the ski resort of Nevegal and 15 km from Lake Santa Croce.
You will find numerous mountain bike and hiking trails and on the lake you can go sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing. Adrenaline sports enthusiasts can try hang gliding or paragliding from Monte Dolada. The house is 30 km from Cansiglio golf course and art and culture lovers can visit nearby Belluno. In addition, there is a large park with various games, swings and slides for children 1 km from the residence.
In the shared garden, the children can play carefree on the swings while you enjoy the sun. The small veranda is ideal for relaxing hours amidst a beautiful landscape.

Date of stay: July 2023The apartment is very congested, and was not cleaned well before our arrival. We are allergic to pet hair and we found dog hair all over the place. We booked by looking at the photos of the property and that is very misleading. The photos give an impression that this is a separate house, but this is a small apartment and definitely not 90m2. The WLAN did not wirk and the host promised that it will work after two days - no sign of WLAN on the 3rd day. Also hard to communicate with the host as they speak a bit of German and no other language- this of of course super difficult to convey anything over phone, even though we speak good German. The host’s old parents waited for our late arrival to give us the keys - we thank you for that! The place definitely needs to be decongested and cleaned. We would have chosen a different place if there was an option - but can’t really do that after you have driven 1100km with two kids. So belvilla has to find a way to approve holiday homes - our humble opinion!
