We hebben een week in deze villa gebleven, de plek is handig, redelijk dicht bij de tolweg, en vlakbij prachtige plaatsjes als Loreto en maserata (met een fantastisch openlucht theater) en ook montecasauro is prachtig met een erg goed restaurant (er zijn er meerdere). Het huis is fijn, maar wel oud. Het is officieel 12 persoons, maar daarvoor biedt het te weinig privacy. Wij waren met twee gezinnen van 4 personen en dat is prima, maar je moet bij twee slaapkamers door een andere slaapkamer. De tuin is prachtig, het zwembad heeft een goed formaat en de pizza oven is ook heel fijn.
