These family-friendly bungalows with a fantastic pool area are located in the middle of an enchanting, Mediterranean pine forest (12 hectares), depending on the location 300-800 m from the beautiful sandy beaches. The center of the lively holiday resort of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached in a few minutes and impresses with the medieval castle at the highest point of the fishing village. Ein absolutes No-Go ist die Kläranlage,die sich mitten in der Anlage befindet, Der Gestank ist teilweise unerträglich und man hört dauernd das Betriebsgeräusch, Die Bungalows bzw, die Terasse davor sind extrem zugewuchtert von den Sträuchern, Man bekommt fast keine Sonne ab, Die Poolanlage ist schön
