Floridia is a small but charming town with a population of around 23,000 inhabitants, located around 12 km from Syracuse and around 20 km from Fontane Bianche, one of the most famous seaside resorts in the Syracuse province. The geographical position is extremely favorable for visiting the various places of tourist interest, such as the Natural Reserve of Pantalica, Palazzolo Acreide, Buscemi and Sortino
This characterful house was built in 1924 and completely renovated in 2023. Located in the city center of Floridia and is almost unique in this city, as it has a beautiful and large courtyard with a small above-ground pool
After two outside steps and one inside step you reach the approximately 235 square meter living space of this house, which is tastefully and lovingly furnished on two living levels for 4-8 people.
There is an approximately 280 square meter courtyard with lemon-orange and tangerine trees, mint plants, rosemary and jasmine
fill the air with natural scents.
There is an outdoor pool (open from 01/04 - 30/10/24), outdoor shower, porch swing and hammock.
There is also a small pavilion with outside lighting with a table and seating.
WiFi, a portable Google Chrome Cast, and safe are available.
-Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility
On request, use of the pool is also possible before 01/04 and after 30/10/24
When occupied by 4 - 6 people, the 4th bedroom will be closed.
