This luxurious water villa for 8 people is located in the Aqua Village park in Kortgene, directly on the Veerse Meer.
This is a popular place for every water sports enthusiast. The villa has its own jetty and is therefore ideal for a holiday by boat. With the Delta Marina around the corner, you as a boat owner are fully equipped here.
The entrance of the villa provides access to four spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with a twin bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms on the ground floor. A spacious wellness bathroom with whirlpool and steam cabin and a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and sink. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet.
Via the stairs in the hall you reach the first floor of this luxurious holiday home. From the stylish, bright living room you have a fantastic view of the Veerse Meer. There is a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV, a dining area for 8 people and a cozy wood stove. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a combination microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher.
From the living room you have access to the sunny terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a wide view over the Veerse Meer. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunset until the wee hours. From the balcony, the spiral staircase on the outside of the house gives you access to the beautiful garden with its own jetty (1.80 meters wide, maximum boat length 9 meters). Because the house is located directly on the water, we recommend that you bring a life jacket for children.
There is plenty to do around the Veerse Meer! Rent a (sailing) boat and sail from your own jetty to one of the many uninhabited islands in the Veerse Meer, go for action on the water ski course of Schotsman Watersport or take a walk through the beautiful nature reserve De Schotsman. Date of stay: August 2022Het is een prachtige Water Villa op en top locatie. Wel is het zo dat de villa echt aan renovatie toe is,de vlonder buiten de woonkamer is echt gevaarlijk de stoelen die er staan die gaan gemakkelijk tussen de planken waardoor je in 1 keer voor of achter gaat met stoel en al wat ons ook enkele keren is overkomen. Verder moet de villa gewoonweg echt een flinke opknapbeurt krijgen en nogmaals de locatie maakt een hoop goed maar net niet genoeg voor wat je per week betaald voor deze Watervilla.

Date of stay: April 2022Prima, groot huis op prachtige plek. We hebben genoten van de plek! Huis zelf heeft wel een opknapbeurt nodig. Afwasmachine is slecht, een van de badkamers stinkt doordat een slang van de wasmachine slecht is afgesloten, muren zijn viezig, bad liep slecht leeg en er lag zand op de matrassen. Ook zijn er geen 8 eetkamerstoelen en geen 8 tuinstoelen. Badkamer met luxe bad/douche staat niet helemaal in verhouding met de rest van de woning. Keurige tuin en plekje maken het goed!

Date of stay: April 2022Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist großartig und entschädigt auch dafür, dass das Haus etwas abgewohnt ist. Es bietet trotz allem alles, was man braucht und sehr bequeme Betten. Der Ausblick ist wirklich einmalig!

Date of stay: February 2021Bij aankomst was het slechts 10 graden binnen. Na 3 uur nog steeds maar 12 graden en zijn ze van Ruiterplaat vakanties extra heaters komen binnen. Pas de volgende ochtend was het behaaglijk.

Date of stay: August 2018Das Haus liegt sehr gut und ruhig, man kann direkt vom eigenen Steg schwimmen gehen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche schöne Strände, feinsandig und breit, Wasserqualität sehr gut. Kleiner Tipp, Parkzeit genau einhalten- bei Überschreitung 60€ Strafgebühr!
