The modern, luxury Nieuwvliet Bad Beach Resort is still under construction.
There are four different types of modern, detached accommodations spread across the resort.
Like the 4-person lodge (NL-11102) with one bedroom on the ground floor. The second sleeping area is situated in the first-floor mezzanine. Note that this is not a full-height room and it can only be reached via a steep staircase. Both the living room and the ground-floor bedroom are equipped with a Smart TV. There's a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, both on the ground floor. Outdoors, you'll have a covered terrace with lounge set at your disposal. The lodges are set in the dunes, a 10-minute walk from the beach. The central parking lot has one parking space assigned to each lodge. The lodge is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
There's also a 4-person villa (NL-11103), which has two upstairs bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. Both bathrooms have a shower and one of them has an infrared sauna. A washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's space to park one car right outside your villa.
There's also a 6-person ground-floor lodge (NL-11104). This lodge has three bedrooms; two are furnished with two single beds and one is furnished with a bunk bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom has a shower too. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV. You'll have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal, as well as a safe for your valuables. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. You can park your car right outside your villa. There's enough space for two cars.
Finally, there's a 6-person villa (NL-11105). This type has one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There's a washing machine and dryer, an infrared sauna and a garden with a nicely furnished terrace. You can park up to two cars right outside your villa.
All accommodations feature a modern, comfortable and complete interior. The open kitchens are fitted with all modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a combination microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. All beds, apart from the bunk beds, are single box-spring beds, either pushed together in a double-bed setup, or left as two separate beds. All accommodations offer free WiFi.

Date of stay: December 2022Unsere Lodge ist modern und funktional ausgestattet. Sie sieht sehr schön aus. Ihre große Terrasse bietet auch im Winter Anreiz sich draußen mit einer Decke drauf aufzuhalten. Für Hunde mit einem ausgeprägten Revierverhalten ist die Lage ideal, da kein Durchgangsverkehr herrscht. Der Weg zum Strand ist - im Gegensatz zu den Villen - verhältnismäßig kurz. Einerseits kann man die Ruhe genießen, andererseits lädt das Zentrum mit seinem Angebot zur Geselligkeit ein. Von der Kameraüberwachung ist nur auf der Brücke zum Strand etwas zu spüren. Es wird auch auf die Umwelt geachtet, da die Zugänge zur Wohnung auch bei Eis nicht gestreut werden. Parkplätze im Winter sind immer vorhanden. Die Treppe ist landestypisch. Leider gibt es keine Klingel. Einzig an Schränken hat es uns gefehlt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genießen können.

Ligt mooi centraal in zeeuws-vlaanderen voor uitstapjes en heerlijk zo vlakbij het strand! Voorzieningen op het park ook in orde, mooi zwembad, overdekte speeltuin leuk voor de kids, ook de kleintjes. Supermarkt onwijs duur en persoonlijk vond ik de kwaliteit van het eten van het restaurant / take-away van slechte kwaliteit

Date of stay: March 2021Wij hadden huisje 21, een beach lodge bij Roompot. Het was schoon met prima faciliteiten. Een fijn ruime douchecabine. Paar kleine opmerkingen: toiletdeur draait wat ons betreft de verkeerde kant open. Van 2 glazen en 1 bord was een scherfje af en 1 pannendeksel miste de knop om vast te houden.

Date of stay: March 2021Het huisje was helemaal prima en goed bevallen. Wat een beetje tegenviel was de kwaliteit van hygiëne. Bij aankomst vonden we wat haren op het bed en in wat lades, daarnaast waren nog een paar pannen niet helemaal schoon. Was wel een beetje een domper aangezien je toch een aardig bedrag betaald voor de eindschoonmaak en schoon bedlinnen. De receptie is hierin tegemoet gekomen met een gratis brood bestelling en fietshuur voor een dag.

Date of stay: March 2019Wir wurden an der Rezeption freundlich empfangen und uns wurde ein Haus zugewiesen. Der Standort wurde gut erklärt und auf einer Karte veranschaulicht, sowie eine nahe gelegene Parkmöglichkeit. Wir wurden gleich auf den Brötchenservice aufmerksamn gemacht und haben diesen auch gerne genutzt. In den Begleitbroschüren wurde alles nochmals gut erklärt. Das Ferienhaus war gemütlich, sauber und in traumhafter Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder. )
