Description
There are various different types of detached, sustainably built bungalows. This includes two types of single-storey 4-person bungalows.
The NL-12942 is a spacious bungalow with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds which can be set up as a double. The bathroom has a shower and there's a separate toilet.
There is also a more luxurious variant (NL-12943). This type of bungalow has an open kitchen with cooking island. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (which can be set up as a double), and two en-suite bathrooms with shower. In the hallway you'll find a separate toilet. The sun loungers are not standard in the house, these can be requested with our customer service at preferential costs.
Both bungalows are modern and comfortably furnished and have a living room with smart TV and decorative fireplace. There is an open kitchen with a combination microwave and dishwasher. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is a garden, which you reach through a glass sliding door from the living room, with a terrace and garden furniture. You look out over the nature reserve. You have a charging point for electric bicycles and there are two parking spaces at the bungalow.

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as describedType homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. Date of stay: April 2022Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund und hatten ein sehr komfortables Haus für 4 Personen, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein separates Bad mit einer sehr großen Dusche, Waschbecken mit einem kleinen Schank für Kosmetikartikel und Handtuchheizung. Die Toilette im Haus ist separat, wie ein kleines Gästebad. Wohnzimmer/ Esszimmer mit offener Küche ist sehr schön eingerichtet, Küche mit sehr modernen Geräten ausgestattet u. a. Induktionsherd mit absenkbarer Dunstabzug, Backofen mit Grillfunktion und integrierter Mikrowelle. Garten ist ausgestattet mit Tisch, Stühle und Liegen, jedes Haus hat ein schönes Grundstück mit Wiese und ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Das Haus war sehr sauber (Großes Lob an die Reinigungskräfte) wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühl. Jetzt zu dem, was verbessert werden könne, Topflappen oder Handschuhe für den Backofen, dass wäre toll sowie ein Spritzschutz für die Bratpfannen, erleichtert die Reinigung nach dem Kochen. Wir kommen auf jedefall wieder 5 Sterne.

Date of stay: October 2021Alles sehr modern ausgestattet. Der Kamin ist top. E- Bikes kann man vor Ort ausleihen, andere Räder im Ort Herkingen. Betten muss man wegen Corona selbst beziehen. Bettwäsche ist verpackt, sollte die nicht sauber sein, bekommt man neue. Wobei sie gewaschen ist und lediglich von der Wäscherei drauf sein können. Das einzige was stört, das die Ventilatoren immer angehen, wenn man im Bad Licht an macht egal ob man duschen will oder nicht.

Date of stay: August 2021Het huisje bevindt zich op een rustig park. 's Nachts hoor je helemaal niets. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is zeer luxe ingericht. De bedden zijn lekker stevig. Ook erg goed is de samenwerking met de lokale bakker en supermarkt voor respectievelijk ontbijtservice en boodschappen bezorging. Voor kleinere kinderen zijn er wat speeltoestellen zoals een glijbaan en schommel. Voor oudere kinderen is er niet zoveel te beleven op het park.

Date of stay: April 2021Het park Zeedijk is gloednieuw. We vonden het leuk dat het geen kneuterige huizen zijn, maar modern van buiten en van binnen. De inrichting vonden we comfortabel en gezellig. We hadden het helaas niet getroffen met erg slecht paasweer en de nog steeds geldende coronamaatregelen. Dankzij de prettige woning hebben we het toch goed naar onze zin gehad. Er kan enorm veel gewandeld en gefietst worden op goede fietspaden.
