Welcome to our holiday home in Zoutelande. 5 minutes walking distance from the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a bicycle-friendly environment. The house is located in a car-free and child-friendly park with its own parking space.
The completely renovated house (June 2020) offers an attractive, hygienic, practical and comfortable accommodation with a touch of luxury. Extra attention has been paid to child-friendly and safety and 1 pet is welcome. A wonderful house with all amenities (wifi, digital TV, washing machine, dryer, "Emma" mattresses, combi oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, closed and private gardens all around, bicycle shed with charging point, outdoor faucet, etc.). The ground floor has a cozy living room, open kitchen and attractive dining area. In addition, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin, separate toilet and the walk-in shower with washbasin, hair dryer. The first floor has a spacious landing with skylight and fitted wardrobe. A bedroom with two beds and dormer window and also a spacious bedroom with two beds, washbasin and cupboard wall. The entire house has central heating, a PVC floor and a (towel) radiator in every room and has a surprising amount of storage space. There is also an iron and baby bath.
5 minutes walking distance from the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a bicycle-friendly environment. The house is located in a car-free and child-friendly park with its own parking space. There is a playground. The park is located at the bottom of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the largest playground nearby?! You can park the cars on your own property. The center of Zoutelande (with all facilities and very cozy in terms of boulevard, terraces, boutiques, etc.) is a 5-minute bike ride or a 10-minute walk.
The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling!

Date of stay: May 2023Wir sind zum 2x in diesem Haus. Beim letzten Mal waren draußen keine altersgerechten (85 jährigen) Stühle vorhanden, so dass wir diese dieses Mal mitgebracht haben. Aber es waren neue Liegestühle vorhanden :-). Das Haus ist wie das letzte Mal auch sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. 100 Punkte!

Date of stay: May 2022Das Haus war nicht sauber, der Fahrradschuppen,der in der Beschreibung steht, existiert nicht,bei einem 6Personen Haus nur ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, Parkgebühr für das 2. Auto kosten 14 € am Tag,welche man täglich einwerfen muss (man kann nicht im Voraus lösen) Haus nur mit Smartphone über App zu öffnen, bei Nachfrage 1Chip zur Verfügung,da nicht alle Mitreisenden ein Smartphone besitzen. Haus auch eigentlich nicht für 6 Erwachsene geeignet, da das 2. Schlafzimmer oben sehr klein ist und die Betten sehr nah unter der Schrägen stehen und man immer wieder mit den Füßen im Schlaf darunter stößt. Das Außengelände ist sehr groß und gepflegt.
