This beautiful luxury Wadden house in Paesens features a pleasant garden and 3 bedrooms for 6 people. It is an excellent choice for people who want to enjoy the wide surroundings, beautiful nature and right on the Wadden Sea.

The sea dyke borders the front yard and this makes the location of the house unique! A true Wad'n Fest! The village of Paesens-Moddergat, an authentic twin village with much fishing history, is located right on the UNESCO World Heritage Site The Wadden Sea. Behind the Wadden Sea dike you can walk beautifully, up to a kilometer into the Wadden without getting your feet wet. The Wadloopcentrum is around the corner.

At the end of 2020, this house was completely rebuilt and equipped with all modern and luxurious features. During the renovation the characteristic elements of the house have been preserved and nothing has been changed on the outside. The atmosphere and nostalgia of the past, combined with the conveniences and comforts of today. The house is very sustainable and has its own electric charging point for your car (at local rates). Solar panels, underfloor heating and LED lighting. The house is ready for the future and the kitchen is brand new and has a microwave oven, refrigerator and induction cooktop.
If you arrive you will be welcomed by the very friendly house owner and there is already coffee and tea available with something delicious there. The first necessities of life are already present in the house and on arrival there is a welcome package.

In connection with bed linen, please clearly state the number of guests when booking. Persons over 13 years pay 1,50€ tourist tax p.p.p.n.

Smaakvol gemoderniseerd en geequipeerd vissershuisje. Moderne keuken en badkamer. Slaapkamers net groot genoeg, goede matrassen. Ruim voldoende plaats voor 6 volwassenen. Alles was kraaknet. Vlotte en bereidwillige ontvangst door host Lineke. Achter het huis een leuke tuin met tuinmeubelen. Daar hebben we spijtig genoeg geen gebruik van gemaakt (teveel wind en niet zonnig genoeg). Ook een ruime parkeerplaats voor 1 wagen beschikbaar. Maar in de straat 20 m verder overvloedig plaats in dit rustige dorpje. Een uitstekende ervaring.

Ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus, in einem malerischen Ort direkt am Deich. Die sehr komplett bestückte Küche lässt wenig Wünsche offen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit, sind jederzeit ansprechbar und haben gute Tipps für Essen und Trinken (unbedingt den einheimischen Hofladen für Angus Rinder besuchen). Wir haben die Woche in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Sehr gute Empfehlung!

Wad'n festijn in Paesens is, een comfortabel, gezellig, knus en niet te vergeten een super schoon vissershuisje wat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen en je voelt je er meteen thuis. De omgeving is heel mooi om te wandelen, fietsen en niet te vergeten wadlopen. Dit is allemaal binnen handbereik is. Zo ook een dagje Schiermonnikoog. We hebben er hele mooie stormachtige dagen gehad.
