The completely renovated apartments and studios are located in the completely and thoroughly renovated De Graaf van Egmont residence, which will open its doors again in the summer of 2021. For people who know it from a previous stay: you will not recognize it. What hasn't changed: the fantastic location on the boulevard, directly behind the dunes and therefore almost directly on the beach.

This studio for two persons is located on one of the five floors (accessible by lift). It offers a nice living room with a smart TV, two single box-spring beds pushed together to make a double bed and an open-plan kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower and a toilet.

The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace and some apartments on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor have a balcony or French balcony. The studios don't have sea view and the garden furniture is not standard in all studios. The balcony and the garden furniture can be booked with preference. A studio with garden furniture can be booked based on preference and subject to availability. There is parking for one car in the central car park.

Prima studio op een goede locatie, op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum.

De woning was op de badkamer na goed en netjes. We misten in de bad kamer een plankje waar je iets kan opzetten. En met het douchen moest je oppassen dat het water niet de kamer in liep. Ontvangst was slecht moesten ons zelf redden was niemand aanwezig. Ook de dag erna hebben we niemand gezien.

Schöne Wohnung. Doppelbett gewöhnungsbedürftig, da zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, die nachts wandern. Es fehlte der Kaffeefilter, damit wir uns diesen kochen konnten. Filter war aber in dem nächsten Laden zu kaufen gewesen, daher kein Problem. Der Induktionsherd war ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Apartment richtig schön angerichtet. Alles da was man braucht wer auch in Küche vorhanden. Wenn man einmal da wer kommt man gerne wieder zurück. Lage ist top. Ich hatte Zimmer mit Balkon auf die dünnen richtig schön. Wer ich positiv überrascht.

Het verblijf was schoon goed verzorgd en pas gerenoveerd. Ik heb het verblijf als heel prettig ervaren. Een paar punten van verbetering over de aankomst. De informatie over parkeren was er niet, er bleek een parkeergarage onder het complex te zitten. Het lijkt mij nuttig dit in de informatie te vermelden. Het adres van aankomst was niet duidelijk je moet niet naar Nollenweg 1 maar gelijk naar Het appartementencomplex.

Een tegenvaller. Complex ligt op een prima locatie. Maar appartement direct achter receptie met nodige overlast, nauwelijks daglicht, inkijk, geen uitzicht, geen geschikte plek om buiten te zitten. Belvilla onwaardig - waarschijnlijk het slechtste appartement van De Roompot gekregen. Toegang kapot, dus samendoen met één sleutel in plaats van beloofde toegangscode. Erg onpraktisch.
