Description

Come and reside in this fantastic renovated villa at the foot of the dunes in Cadzand with your friends and families. The villa is close to the sea and features a private partially fenced garden and a terrace where you can relax and enjoy.

The sea is only 200 m away whereas the golf course is 2 km away. A visit to the Zwarte Polder Nature Reserve 1 km away is also possible. Enjoy delicacies from the various restaurants located close to the villa. Buy general supplies 2 km away and you can also go horseback riding 4 km away. Play and Bunkerpark Groede Podium is 7 km and The Zwin nature reserve is 15 km away.

This expansive villa is spread on two floors with an open kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub and a private garden with a playroom and a relaxation area on the ground floor. While all other bedrooms are spread on the first floor. There is plenty of space for car parking. Sun loungers, barbecue, high chairs, and lounge sets are available.

When you book the linen package for the beds, you will receive a set of bath towels.

Een geweldig huis, voor ons gezin met 10 volwassenen en 10 kleinkinderen(2-15)Grote huiskamer, fijne banken, goed uitgeruste keuken met kookeiland, 2 vaatwassers, 2 ovens, magnetron en ruim servies en bestek.Dan wil ieder gezin wel een keer koken.Bijkeuken met wasmachine en droger, handig met zoveel kinderen. Mooie speelruimte voor de kinderen, met tafeltennis tafel, tafel om aan te knutselen en een zithoek. Grote tuin, jammer geen zomer. En dan de zee op maar zo'n 200 honderd meter afstand!! Lekker vliegeren, voetballen, kastelen bouwen. Op deze afstand ga je er makkelijk elke dag even naar toe. En twee strandtenten, dichtbij, waar we heerlijk gegeten hebben. Kortom ......een geweldige plek om het het leven te vieren met je familie.

Das Haus liegt sehr nahe am Strand, man muß nur über die Düne laufen. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und nahezu ohne Algen oder Quallen. Der Strand fällt sehr flach ab, Baden ist also auch sicher für kleine Kinder. Das kürzlich renovierte Haus ist sehr geräumig und bequem eingerichtet und war sehr gut gereinigt. Es liegt ruhig, man schläft gut in den bequemen Betten und auf dem Grundstück gibt es Obstbäume, sowie gut gepflegten Rasen. Kochen in der Küche macht großen Spaß an der großen Kücheninsel und mit Hilfe der umfangreichen Küchenausstattung. Für die Schlüsselübergabe kam ein Mitarbeiter pünktlich extra zum Haus, man mußte also nicht noch woanders hin, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Der Eigentümer Gaetan ist sehr interessiert, daß man sich wohlfühlt und man kann sich bei allen Fragen während des Aufenthalts unkompliziert telefonisch an ihn oder an seinen Mitarbeiter wenden. Wir haben sofort wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Eine sehr gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Anlage, insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern hervorragend geeignet. Super entspannte Umgebung mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten vor Ort, inkl. dem super großen Sandstrand direkt hinter dem Deich. Die Häuser sind qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet, sehr guter Geschmack. Vermieter sind super freundlich und bei jeglichen Anliegen hilfsbereit und auch sofort erreichbar. Klare Weiterempfehlung!!!
