This luxurious, detached villa is located in the green holiday park Résidence Lichtenvoorde, in the pleasant area of the Achterhoek, at approx. 4.5 km from the historic village of Lichtenvoorde, 25 km east of the city of Doetinchem.
The villa covers two floors and is furnished in a modern, comfortable and complete way. On the ground floor, there is a living room with smart TV and a nice atmospheric fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a microwave. A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall complete the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find another five double bedrooms and a two bathrooms with shower. In one of the bathrooms, you will find a sun shower for some extra relaxation while showering. You have a separate toilet on the landing. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The villa has underfloor heating.
The true showpieces of this villa are outside. Here, you will find private wellness facilities: a sauna, a spa and an outdoor shower. Of course, you also have a nice garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa.

Date of stay: May 2023Huis en ligging is prachtig. De afzuigkap maakt een enorme herrie, das wel een minpunt. Tuin fantastisch en sauna en jacuizzi een aanrander.

Date of stay: November 2022Het personeel geweldig en behulpzaam. De jacuzzi’s worden na elk bezoek helemaal leeg gepompt en schoongemaakt en opnieuw gevuld. Wij hadden problemen met 1 van de 2 sauna’s die we hadden. Super mooie nieuw allemaal! Je krijgt een rituals douche setje en afwasborstel met sop en vaatwas tablet. Wij zelf handdoeken meegenomen maar die kon je ook huren. In de villa ook infrarood/sunshower douche die goed werkte. Al met al een super weekend gehad!!

Date of stay: October 2022Het was een prachtige villa in een mooie omgeving. De foto’s op de website zijn van verschillende huisjes dus lees goed de boeking om te weten wat je krijgt voor je geld. Het was verder allemaal keurig onderhouden en zag er netjes uit en de mensen op het park zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Date of stay: May 2022Mooi aangelegd, nieuw park in een prachtige omgeving. Interessant voor gezinnen met kinderen in de basisschool leeftijd. ( speelvoorzieningen, -eenvoudig- zwembad en regelmatig “ landt” er een paar uur een avontuurlijk opblaasding op het terrein of loopt er zo’n groot model sprookjesfiguur rond. Ook voor stellen zonder kinderen of een familietreffen in een riant familiehuis ( onze midweek) zeker een aanrader. Rust, groen en vriendelijkheid.

Date of stay: April 2022Mooi park,Huisje modern en leuk ingericht, wel te veel kwetsbare dingen als er kinderen bij zijn. Zwembad kon niet gebruikt worden/ teleurstelling. Jacuzzi kon niet gebruikt worden/ teleurstelling Kamers boven waren erg koud. Jammer dat er geen supermarkt is.
