Date of stay: February 2024Het was een heerlijke week op een mooie rustige locatie, alles was wel goed te bereizen. Een fantastische nieuwe woning met echt alles erop en er aan, zeker een aanrader.

Date of stay: July 2023 - August 2023Das Haus sollte eigentlich einen Gartenbereich haben, aber statt Rasen gibt es nur Schlamm. Kinder können dort nicht spielen. Das in der Belivillaanzeige abgebildete Haus stimmt nicht mit der tatsächlichen Unterkunft überein. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus total schmutzig (Dreck, Staub und Haare von Vormietern) und seitens Belvilla wurden wir nur an den Eigentümer verwiesen, mit welchem wir jedoch keinen Vertrag abgeschlossen hatten. Dieser kam nach 2 Stunden Diskussion und reinigte das Haus. Er brachte auch den fehlenden Grill mit, welchen wir dann selbst aufbauen durften. Das Haus ist schlecht ausgestattet: In der Küche fehlt Geschirr für die Anzahl an Personen, eine Teekanne, Salatschüssel, Kartoffelschäler etc. fehlen, die Löffel sind so scharfkantig, dass sich ein Gast bereits den Mund aufgeschnitten hat. In dem unteren Bad gibt es keinerlei Haken für Handtücher, in dem anderen Bad auch nur 2 Stück. Handtuchheizkörper wären nett gewesen, aber zumindest ein einfacher Haken. Das untere Bad hat v udem keine Tür zum Schlafzimmer. Die Duschen haben keine Abtrennung, nicht mal einen Duschvorhang, so dass das Bad nach dem Duschen komplett nass ist. Einen Duschvorleger sucht man ebenfalls vergebens. Die Heizung des Hauses heizt nicht ausreichend, wir sitzen teilweise mit Jacke im Haus (bei 15 Grad Außentemperatur). In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es im Schrank nur 1 Fach über der Kleiderstange, wie da 2 Personen für 2 Wochen ihre Kleidung unterbringen sollen, ist fraglich. Die Fenster lassen sich aufgrund der innen angebrachten Verdunklung nur max 45 Grad öffnen, Stoßlüften ist somit nicht möglich. Im unteren Schlafzimmer lässt sich allgemein nur 1 von 3 Fenster öffnen. Die Toiletten sind beide innenliegend und ohne Fenster. Die Waschbecken dort sind winzig und einen Spiegel oder eine Ablage gibt es nicht. Allgemein ist es eher lieblos eingerichtet.
