The holiday home of the future is located on the small-scale holiday park Resort Brinckerduyn in Appelscha. The innovations that have been used here, take durability and comfort to a new level. The house consists almost entirely of sustainable wood from protected forests, and due to efficient use, only about 22 trees are needed for the largest type of house. And with three trees replanted for every tree used, it takes just 279 seconds for the entire property to grow back!
Innovation has also been applied in the form of high-quality home automation, making the house almost completely automated. Determine the atmosphere yourself by adjusting the light, climate and music to your liking. Or open everything up and bring nature inside. All that's needed is the push of a button on the central control panel.
The furnishings of the accommodations also fall, as could be expected, in the category 'outstanding'. The beautiful designer kitchen is truly equipped with all contemporary conveniences, but also with extra luxuries like a Quooker, wine climate cabinet and a beer tap. You don't need to worry about a good night's sleep either. The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality M-Line box-spring beds. Good sleep comes naturally here. Two of the three bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom and there is even a third bathroom on the landing.
Resort Brinckerduyn wanted to offer the indoor comfort level outside as well. They certainly succeeded! The terrace features very comfortable garden furniture and is therefore the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the Kamado barbecue. And what about the sauna and the fantastic private swimming pool (heated to 29 degrees all year round)! Pure luxury and relaxation guaranteed!
At this beautiful holiday park, you can book for 4 and 6 people, with or without a private pool. There always is a sauna at your disposal.

Date of stay: June 2023Woning is zeker mooi, luxe en van alles voorzien. Zwembad is ook super. Mn kleine meid van 4 heeft zeker genoten van de zwembad. Eigenlijk is er helemaal niks op aan of op te merken aan het huis/noch hygiene/ noch voorzieningen. Echter hadden wij wel een klein probleempje. We vonden een aantal keer fluweelmijten in de woning waardoor we jeuk hebben gehad en hebben daardoor geen goeie nachtrust gehad. Dit was een enorme bummer voor ons. Eindstand meer moe dan uitgerust teruggegaan naar huis. We zijn door deze reden ook zelfs eerder uitgechecked helaas. Vaker contact gehad met de hosts van het verblijf. Echter konden ze ons bij deze klacht niet echt helpen omdat we zo een op een met het natuur zitten. Ten slotte, mocht je met kinderen willen gaan, let dan op want ze hebben ook slangen ? die voor kunnen komen in je tuin. Ringslang of een addertje.. Zorg er dan in ieder geval voor dat je je kind nooit alleen laat. Hier had ik zelf helaas geen rekening mee gehouden als ouder.

Date of stay: November 2022Heerlijk huis van alle luxe voorzien in een mooie bosrijke omgeving en op loopafstand van Appelscha. Veel sportfaciliteiten op het park en de materialen zijn gemakkelijk te leen bij het centraal gelegen clubhuis. Wij hebben het fantastisch gehad.
