This holiday home offers the view over the Oosterschelde and the facilities of the Beach Resort. From the balcony there is a beautiful view over the marina and the water. There are several cozy sitting areas, both inside and outside. In the morning at the front you can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. This place is ideal for a family.

The property is within the walking distance of the Oosterschelde and Sophia Beach. Explore the nearby areas on the bicycles. In addition, there are various facilities, such as a supermarket, pizzeria, snack bar, bowling. Beautiful cities such as Middelburg, Goes and Zierikzee are within easy reach.

Both the conservatory at the front and the veranda at the rear offer the opportunity to maintain that outdoor feeling for a long time. There is a cozy roof terrace with garden furniture and a large garage for storing bicycles. The Park Beach Resort has playgrounds, a restaurant, a private beach (Sophiastrand) and a swimming pool (for a fee).

Schönes Haus, top Lage! Allerdings sind Dachterrasse und Außenanlagen in einem ungepflegten Zustand (sehr viel Unkraut, unsauber). Dachterrasse haben wir gar nicht genutzt, Innenhof haben wir grob von Unkraut befreit und sauber gemacht.
