Description
This single-storey villa has a large terrace and lawn all around, the various seating areas offer you sun all day, and on a lazy day you can enjoy the sun loungers. Enjoy a meal together in the lounge set on the terrace with a nice piece of grilled meat or vegetables on the electric BBQ, enjoy a drink in the evening sun or cool down under the large floating parasol.
A large glass sliding door to the terrace provides a veranda sunshade above the lounge set that is also waterproof so with a light summer shower you can just sit outside.
On hot summer days, you can descend from the jetty into the cool water using the pool stairs. A 3-person canoe suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children is also available for use, as are 3 life jackets for children up to 8 years old and as is the high chair for child's convenience.
The warm decoration combines elegance with modern comfort and the pleasant villa has all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The luxurious fully equipped kitchen with cooking island induction hob with internal extractor hood boiling water faucet fridge-freezer combi oven offers you the opportunity to prepare a fantastic meal, a coffee cup machine, blender, orange juicer, airfryer and hand blender complete the package. This villa features a smart TV and large portable speaker.
Three spacious bedrooms each offer box spring with separate mattresses 2 bathrooms with toilet and luxury washbasin cabinet.
The solar panels and heat pump ensure a pleasant climate by means of underfloor heating. If you come with the dog, you can walk the many beaches and forests nearby. The garden is fenced off from the water so the dog can run free.
The entire park is a fireworks-free zone and there is a silence period from 22.00 - 8.00.
From summer 2024, part of the garden will be fenced and separated from the water for small children.
Garden and construction work can take place close to home.

Date of stay: September 2023Het park is erg mooi aangelegd en het huis was bijna perfect. Lekker luxe met de badkamers aangesloten op alle slaapkamers. Waarom ik niet heb gekozen voor een fantastische beoordeling heeft te maken met de vele werkzaamheden die er zijn op het park. Wij hadden huisnummer 577. Zowel ditect links als rechts van ons werd gewerkt aan het huis. In de ochtend om 07:15 uur werden we gewekt door het geluid van zware auto's, boren en harde muziek van de bouwvakkers. Dikwijls moesten we ook wachten om op onze eigen parkeerplaats te kunnen parkeren. Dit heeft ons vakantie zeker niet bedorven, vandaar de beoordeling Goed. .

Date of stay: August 2023Zeer net, ruim en volledig vakantiehuis en tuin. Wel stond het in een straatje waar nog volop gebouwd werd, maar daar merkte je gelukkig aan de tuin kant bij het water relatief weinig van.

Date of stay: August 2023Mooi en schoon huis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Enige minpunt is dat alle huizen rondom nog in aanbouw zijn met bijbehorende werkzaamheden.

Date of stay: June 2023 - July 2023Das Haus ist schön, aber es ist sehr viel Baulärm in direkter Nachbarschaft zu unserem Haus. Das hätten wir nicht erwartet, weil unser Haus ja schon seit letztem Jahr fertig ist. Wir hätten erwartet, dass die Häuser der Reihe nach gebaut werden und der Baubereich inzwischen etwas weiter entfernt ist, aber unser Haus ist umgeben von Häusern, die noch im Bau sind.

Date of stay: May 2023De villa staat op een mooi aangelegd park, met een ruime tuin. Ruime kamers met prachtige leef keuken. In de omgeving is voldoende te doen, dagjes uit, wandeling/fietsen in de natuur of de haven om een boottocht te doen is tegenover het park. Dit verblijf is zeer geschikt voor een vakantie in Nederland.

Date of stay: December 2022Heerlijk familiehuis, wij hebben genoten van de gezellige sfeer de luxe goed uitgeruste keuken en de fijne bedden en mooie badkamers. Groot zonnig terras rondom maar nu niet het seizoen helaas. We voelden ons thuis hier en komen zeker terug in het voorjaar. Erg veel te doen in de omgeving , fietsen en wandelen, culinaire stad Harderwijk, Aviodrome, de Veluwe en voor de kinderen dolfinarium, speeltuin, pannenkoekenboerderij Hans en Grietje, ook een laagdrempelige golfbaan met restaurant naast het park maar die hebben we niet bezocht.
