Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley, between Zwolle and Ommen. The village has a cosy centre with various shops, restaurants and cafés. The surrounding area offers various walking and cycling routes, such as the Vechtdal route and the Reestdal route. Moreover, the region is home to beautiful nature reserves, such as the Oldematen and the Reestdal. For water sports enthusiasts, there is recreational lake De Zwarte Dennen, where you can swim, canoe and windsurf.
The living room is furnished with a TV, a dining table and a comfortable seating area. You can show off your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. The homeowner or manager is discreetly on site your point of contact and is happy to give you great tips about the area.

Date of stay: June 2023We had great holidays in this wonderful dream house. A very clean, cozy, beautiful house with an fantastic few and with elegant and tasteful decoration. Magnificent! All the necessary equipment was in the house. The nature and atmosphere outside was very beautiful. The sound of nature and the animals relax you. We have made a lot of bike rides in the area. The landlords are very kind, hospitable and lovely couple with three smart girls. Their kindness and intimacy made our holiday more enjoyable. We really recommend this vacation villa for everyone. Date of stay: May 2023We hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad in de Heeresteeg. Het huisje is sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren met twee, maar ook voor een gezin met twee is het zeer geschikt. Sabine is prettig in de omgang en reageert snel op berichtjes. Kortom, een echte aanrader!

Date of stay: April 2023 - May 2023Heel mooie schoon en nieuw huisje (precies zoals de foto's). Mooie en leuke omgeving, perfecte plek voor verschillende uitstapjes (Giethoorn,Slagharen en Dalfsen). De familie is erg gastvrij en vriendelijk, bij vragen reageren ze snel. Geen minpunten, dus een aanrader!
