The holiday home is in a quiet location, has a lot of privacy and has every possible comfort for a carefree holiday near the sea and dunes.
The tree-filled and wooded park Prinsenhof is a small-scale holiday park, quietly located on the Oude Nieuwlandseweg. There are no facilities in the park. There are 2 SPAR supermarkets within walking distance (10 and 15 minutes walk). The beach and the dunes are easy to reach by foot (15 minutes) or by bicycle (5 minutes).
Within 10 minutes by bike you are in the center of Ouddorp. Prinsenhof 17 is a tasteful, spacious and modernly furnished holiday home. From the hall you enter the living room with open kitchen and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has a very spacious worktop and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, SMEG gas stove (including oven), refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker. An extra fridge/freezer combination is located in the storage room. The spacious dining table seats 6-8 people. A high chair is also available.
The adjoining living room has a wood-burning stove. You can bring your own dry wood. In the cozy sitting area you can enjoy the warmth of the atmospheric wood stove or watch your favorite movie on the smart TV. Books and games are also provided as well as a basket of toys for the little ones.
It is also pleasant to stay outside. The different terraces give the opportunity to enjoy the sun all day long. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. The large enclosed garden offers a lot of privacy and play opportunities for children, such as a sandbox, a climbing frame and a climbing tree.
The holiday home is suitable for 5 persons. There is 1 bathroom with shower and sink and 1 separate toilet.
Both bedrooms are on the ground floor (the upstairs is private). There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a 3-person bunk bed. You can park your car under the carport. There is room for several cars. Both the beach and the center of Ouddorp are a few minutes by bike away.
In short, a wonderful place for a successful beach holiday!
