The villa is located near the woods and dunes, in the middle of the unique De Dennen nature reserve. You are just 2 km from beach pavilion Paal 17. The villages Koog, with its cosy terraces, and Den Burg, the shopping heart of Texel, are a few kilometres from the villa.
The bright living room leads to a spacious south-facing terrace where children can play safely and carefree. The living room with open kitchen is modern and fully equipped. From March 2023, this residence will be gas-free and equipped with a kitchen with induction hob. You can relax in the hot tub after an active day in this beautiful region.

Date of stay: March 2023Mooie accommodatie op loopafstand van het strand (2km). Fijn ook een badkamer bij elke slaapkamer (al heeft 1 er geen spiegel), veel ruimte en schoon. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Houdt er wel rekening mee dat er geen open haard meer is en geen melkopschuimer (zoals wel op de foto’s zichtbaar).
