Description

This comfortable villa is within walking distance of the beach, that's nice! And not just any beach; it is the beautiful Praia São Rafael, just west of Albufeira. Here you immediately get acquainted with the beautiful beaches and bays the Algarve is so famous for. Praia do Evaristo is exactly like that, located at just a few minutes drive from the accommodation. Ideal for holidays with the family.

The accommodation is situated in the villa district Sesmarias, 5 km outside Albufeira. You can play golf at the Salgados GC golf club (8 km) and the region has a wide range of nice restaurants.

The villa is comfortably and modernly furnished and has a complete kitchen. You have a completely fenced garden with lawn and several (partly) covered terraces; perfect for a relaxing afternoon! In front of the villa is the sun terrace with plenty of sun beds, several parasols and the private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m) as a centrepiece. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

The nearest airport is Faro Airport, which is 45 km away from the villa.

Fantastisch huis in een rustige omgeving. Het grote zwembad viel zeer in de smaak bij groot en klein. Ook het strand vlakbij was erg fijn.

Heerlijk huis: ruim, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand van een heel mooi strand met heerlijk strandrestaurantje…… nu dat virus nog helemaal weg, en er is niets meer om te wensen over!

De gastheer was stipt op tijd. Goede rondleiding gehad met de noodzakelijke uitleg. Het zwembad lag al te schitteren in de zon. De accommodatie voldoet uitstekend en komt overeen met de foto's. Echt een luxe uitstraling. Prijs / prestatie verhouding is dik in orde. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig en geen overlast van schreeuwende jeugd of luide muziek. Zandstrand op 800 meter afstand en makkelijk toegankelijk. Kortom een prima verblijf. Gewoon boeken dus.

Vooraf snelle en duidelijke informatie. Wij hebben met 2 gezinnen met grote kinderen genoten in dit prachtige huis met zwembad en heerlijke tuin. Een rustige omgeving met strandje, supermarkt, restaurant in de buurt. De omschrijving geeft precies aan wat je kan verwachten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig voor een fantastische vakantie. Een prettig ontvangst bij aankomst met duidelijke uitleg. Wij komen zeker terug.

Prima ontvangst door Rolf, alles uitgelegd sleutel overdracht, de accomodatie was overweldigend en nog mooier dan gedacht, alles aanwezig ! Ongeving is prachtig , vooral alle strandjes midden in de rotsen, albufeira op 4 km Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen ! Het prive zwembad is heeerlijk !

De accommodatie was uitmuntend, een prachtige villa met een super mooi zwembad. Het enige minpunt is dat het adres niet in de huurovereenkomst stond vermeld, we hebben lang moeten zoeken voordat we op de plaats van bestemming waren.
