The villa is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Nadadouro village, you can walk to a shop or a restaurant (both about 500m away). For larger purchases head to Caldas da Rainha. There is a weekly market and several restaurants. You can also go to Óbidos (9 km)

You have a private pool and a beautiful terrace, the barbecue is of course ready for you! The interior of the villa is modern, bright and there are wonderful 2m beds.
