Description

This is a lovely 2-bedroom holiday home in Villanueva de la Concepción. It's located on a hill and offers great views of the El Torcal nature park. It is ideal for a family.



You can visit Andalusian cities like Antequera which has Europe's most important prehistoric dolmens. Visit the impressive mosque of Cordoba and the world-famous Alhambra of Granada. Nearby you have the king's path Caminito del Rey through the El Chorro gorge. Restaurants and supermarkets are 800m and 1 km away, respectively.



The home has several terraces. One has a comfortable seating area shaded by a pergola covered with grape vines. You will find sunny or shady places to relax and enjoy views of the mountains and beautiful sunsets or enjoy a barbecue meal. The swimming pool is situated in a patio surrounded with a hedge and offers privacy. There's also a children's bed and high chair.



Public transport is 6 km away and Málaga airport is 55 km from here.

Deze finca met zwembad staat in een droomomgeving omringd door een prachtige tuin met palmbomen. Je waant je hier in het paradijs. Aardige gastvrije eigenaars ook.

Nog mooier dan op de foto’s! En alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd, heel aardige mensen. De keuken is goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede bedden. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Binnen smaakvol ingericht. Kortom, geweldige plek!

Die Ankunft war bestens, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wegbeschreibung machte die Anfahrt leicht. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, auf einem kleinen Hügel, wirklich eine spektakuläre Aussicht und absolute Ruhe. Alles zudem sehr gepflegt. Der großzügige Pool liegt geschützt in einem Patio, so dass man sich auch windgeschützt sonnen kann. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist mit mehreren Terrassen sehr schön und großzügig, man hat genügend Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen und zu essen. Die Vermieter könnten nicht besser sein, sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man eine Frage hat. Zudem kann man bei ihnen köstliches Olivenöl, Essig, Marmelden usw. aus eigener Herstellung kaufen, sehr empfehlenswert!

14 dagen op een finca in de bergen van El Torcal van daaruit verschillende steden bezocht, Antequera, Malaga, Cordoba, Granada, Marbella en de Costa del Sol. Vergeleken met de drukke Costa, is de finca Lomas de Tienda een oase van rust. Een azuurblauwe hemel, een fris zwembad, heel vriendelijke gastheer en -vrouw. Alles was perfect. Gaan eten bij de Spanjaarden in Villanueva, héél lekker en helemaal niet duur. Midden tussen de bergen, heerlijk fris met momenten, overal loslopende geiten op de straat ... Spaanse kan niet ! Een aanrader voor een gezin met 2 kindjes of zoals wij een koppel met zuster ... 100% perfect !

De goed uitgeruste finca ligt in het binnenland van Andalusië. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en helpen waar het mogelijk is, zonder opdringerig over te komen. Ruime plekken rond de finca om op meerdere plaatsen in de zon of de schaduw te zitten of in het zwembad te liggen. Geen druk toerisme, geen disco's, weinig verkeer, kleine dorpen ( La Higuera, Villanueva de la Concepcion, La Joya en Antequera in de buurt met winkels en horeca, natuur voor de deur. Mooie wandelroutes o.a. door het natuurpark El Torcal (vlak bij). Iets verder plaatsen als Malaga, Cordoba en Granada. Vanwege het sterk glooiende terrein is een auto met iets vermogen geen luxe!

Zeer hartelijke gastheer/-vrouw, prachtig huisje op een mooie locatie, van alle gemakken voorzien (niet in de laatste plaats het eigen zwembad). Van hieruit is er veel te doen en te zien ga je voor cultuur, dan liggen alle interessante steden op niet te lange rij-afstand. En mooie natuur is er ook volop. Een aanrader!

Een prachtige plek en een prachtig huis. Veel privacy. Bewoners dringen zich niet op en zijn zeer behulpzaam en hartelijk. Als je van de natuur houdt en van vergezichten is dit huis en de omgeving een aanrader. Het zwembad wordt nauwelijks door de bewoners gebruikt en is prachtig. Het is een keurige woning - niet luxe - die ook van binnen traditioneel overkomt. Voor culinaire hoogstandjes moet ver worden gereden. Het lokale restaurant op 6 km is redelijk en niet duur.

Deze vakantiewoning bood perfect comfort & rust en een unieke blik op landelijk Andalusie. Van op terras of bij het zwembad was de heuvelachtige omgeving (inclusief het indrukwekkende rotsachtige natuurpark El Torcal) voortdurend een visueel genoegen. In de nabijheid ontdekten we de authenticiteit van Villanueva de la Concepcion, La Hoya, Almogia en Antequera. De grote bezienswaardigheden: Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla, Ronda... waren goed te bereiken maar ook het Picassomuseum in Malaga en de zo originele restaurantformule van El Tintero aan de kust vonden we zeer de moeite van het ontdekken waard. De eigenaars informeerden ons met geestdrift en elan over hun Finca en over de regio: ze bewezen alzo hoe deugddoend een verblijf in de streek - ook permanent! - wel blijkt te zijn.

Werkelijk een heel mooi en verzorgd huis in een prachtige omgeving. Op zich is de streek droog en dor (wij waren hier eind augustus), maar rondom het huisje zijn veel palmbomen, planten en bloemen aangepland. Huisje ligt ook erg rustig, ligt van de weg af, ver buiten het dorp. De eigenaren zijn heel erg vriendelijk. Hun huis grenst aan de vakantiewoning. Omdat we 's avonds laat aankwamen hadden ze bier en frisdrank in de koelkast gelegd. Later die week kregen we nog tomaten en komkommer uit eigen tuin, eigen druiven, brood en tapas. We voelden ons helemaal verwend daar. Voor kinderen zijn de dieren erg leuk. Elke dag gingen we met onze zoon van twee naar de ezel en het paard kijken, de hond aaien enz. Zwembad was heerlijk. De eigenaren komen er in principe nauwelijks (af en toe even een baantje zwemmen). Met vriendelijke groet, Femke
